Mensa Norway (126) first (133) second time. Btw the test says it is valid for the first two times, but I don't like the large spectrum of numbers I've been getting, keeping in mind that the first test wasn't actually 126 but a confirmation that it is above 126. What are some of your favorite test, and why is that the best in your opinion.
The results said I had a good chance at passing a proper mensa IQ test, I'm assuming it said the same for you, not sure what that correlates to though. Just commenting because I have the same question. 31/33, I've tested around the 99-99.5% on every test I've done though, and already a member.
On September 15, 1978, a provisional Mensa Norway was founded. In 1982 it was changed into also covering Sweden. In 1986, we reached a total of 120 members evenly in the two countries. Following a vote, a resolution was adopted by the Union and Mensa Sweden was formed in 1987 while the remaining Mensa Norway sailed on its own.
I have heard that Mensa Norway has an online practice test, but I don't know how accurate it is. Most online IQ tests are useless. American Mensa has a cheap practice test ($10??) that they mail you. The real in-person test is pretty cheap ($40?), but unfortunately you can only take it once in your life.
BathTubOysters • 10 mo. ago. I would say DK is far more accurate. I took this while watching a stream and having taken other Ravens tests it wasn't a big deal at all. I would say take your score for your first ever score on one of mensa online tests and let that be the approximate truth.
Every IQ test has a ceiling of max 150. the further away you get from 100 the less accurate the test is. That’s just how IQ tests work. They don’t measure your intelligence. They compare it to the average person. Above 131 IQ you are top 2%.
Denmark is a much better test objectively. Norway kinda sucks. Having said that the results are very close, theres no discrepancy that warrants making a thread about it. Perceived difficulty of a test also doesnt imply anything regarding its accuracy.
Mensa online tests [especially Mensa dk and Mensa No] are standardized on a selective biased sample and not on the general population. These are tests that usually only people with an IQ of 105-110 and above are interested to do.
The test kits can be purchased independently – at a high cost: $1,110.00 for the test battery . A cost-effective method of measuring your true IQ level is to take a Mensa Supervised Test. Mensa offers supervised IQ tests ( $40.00 in the US / £17.50 in the UK). This fee includes: A reserved place at the centre of your choice.
